REALTOR® Membership

WeSERV is considered a local Association under the state and national Associations. As a real estate professional, when you join WeSERV you will also join Arizona REALTORS® (AAR) and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). In addition to receiving all the benefits offered from WeSERV, you also gain all the benefits offered through AAR and NAR.

Annual membership dues are owed to each Association and are collected and distributed accordingly by WeSERV when you join. Membership dues are due again each January 1. Please note that if you're reinstating your membership, NAR and AAR don't discount your dues if you paid dues the year before. At WeSERV, appraisers can join as an Affiliate only at the local level or as a REALTOR®. We do not charge office fees.

The term "REALTOR®" is a registered collective membership mark that identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and abides by its strict Code of Ethics.

Every REALTOR® is required by NAR to take a Code of Ethics (COE) class every three years. The current and seventh cycle began January 1, 2022 and ends December 31, 2024. We ask new WeSERV members to complete a COE class within their first 90-days of membership. Once you attend and send us your COE completion certificate, we'll record your fulfillment and report it to NAR.

ARMLS® SUBSCRIBER OPTIONS WeSERV DUES SCHEDULE

Multiple Listing Service® Only Participant

MLS Only Participants (Sales Participant and Designated Participants) are not considered “full” members of the Association and will not receive certain benefits, not limited to access to TransactionDesk® and free continuing education classes.

There must be an MLS only designated participant (real estate broker) for a sales participant (real estate licensee) to be MLS only. Fees are due in full at the time of application, then annually by January 2. Fees do not prorate. MLS dues are separate and paid to ARMLS® annually and due by your anniversary date.
