Recognizing this, we established our Leadership Development Program in 2004. This unique educational opportunity is not only about making you a better REALTOR®; it's also about building your community and becoming a successful leader throughout your life."Leaders are not born; they are made," Vince Lombardi. Apply to be part of the WeSERV Leadership Program. The WeSERV Leadership Program will be made up of WeSERV members working towards reaching the next level of leadership. This program will teach you to be a better leader through interactive sessions built for the REALTOR® Leader.
We are accepting applications for the 2023 Leadership Class. All applications must be submitted no later than December 15, 2022.
