Continuing Education (CE)

Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE) requires licensees to earn 24 hours and brokers to earn 30 hours of continuing education every two years. WeSERV offers over 200 live classes every year that offer CE credit. Classes are taught by certified instructors that work in the real estate industry giving you insight and know how to help you reduce your risk and increase your income.

Specialty Courses

Yesterday it was lead based paint, pool fences, mold, and C.L.U.E. Reports. Then came the market decline bringing REOs, short sales, and QRM, followed by CFPB and TRID with TILA and RESPA changes. Tomorrow will bring something new.

What is all this and what does it mean for real estate? We understand that you need to know what’s happening in the industry and be prepared to give your clients the best information and instruction to work toward the sale and/or purchase of their home.

These classes are geared toward explaining these issues and educating you on what to do next. Many of these classes offer continuing education. View the education calendar for upcoming classes.

Designations & Certifications

There are many facets of real estate. Designations and certifications are generally geared toward specific niches in real estate. If the focus of your business is working with buyers or sellers, seniors, military relocation, property management, land, commercial, residential, second-homes, short sales, and foreclosures, there’s a designation or certification to be earned.

Earning designations and certifications not only adds the potential to increase income, it enhances professional image, increases marketability, proficiency, productivity and specializes expertise.

Knowledge is one of the keys to being the REALTOR® of choice. Present yourself above the competition with a favorable reputation and prepare for your success. learn more

Commercial Real Estate Courses (CRE)

We understand that if you sell commercial real estate you want to learn about commercial real estate. We're excited to host eight classes per year that focus solely on commercial real estate. You'll also earn CE credit for attendance. Look for classes that begin with CRE on the class calendar.

If you're interested in advancing your commercial knowledge, NAR has commercial affiliate organizations that provide educational programs which promote professionalism and offer real estate designations. These include Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute (CCIM), Institute for Real Estate Management (IREM), REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI Land), Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR), and Counselors of Real Estate (CRE) designations along with many services like publications, market surveys and research reports, nationwide property searches through REALTORS® Property Resource (RPR), and advocacy related to commercial real estate. read more

West & SouthEast REALTORS® of the Valley School of Real Estate

The West & SouthEast REALTORS® of the Valley School of Real Estate is here to enhance your education experience by offering continuing education to keep your license current, designations to further your knowledge in specific areas and specialty classes to keep you up to date on current issues and regulations in the real estate industry.

Over the years, we have had over 60,000 agents come through our classroom doors, and have held thousands of classes. Our school brings in the best instructors in the state to help make our agents’ learning experience one they’d gladly repeat over and over. Our students bring their expertise and their questions to each class which helps to make each session a unique learning experience.

We have affiliates who sponsor our classes and take the opportunity to tell the attendees about their company, products, and services. Often agents find themselves in a position where they need to fill a vacancy in the circle of business partners surrounding them. This gives them the chance to “interview” prospective partners without leaving their seats.

Our members are our number one priority and by WeSERV owning a highly respected real estate school gives them the opportunity to qualify to renew their license, elevate their expertise in the industry and raise the bar for real estate agents.

NAR Code of Ethics (COE)

Code of Ethics is not just a required course for REALTOR® membership; it sets REALTORS® above the standard. To call yourself a REALTOR®, you must join the National Association of REALTORS®, and a state and local REALTOR® association, and subscribe to the NAR Code of Ethics. This means the National Association of REALTORS® requires you to take a Code of Ethics class when you join and then every three years as set by NAR. January 1, 2022 started the new cycle that ends December 31, 2024. Be sure to submit your class certificate to WeSERV once you complete the requirement so we can record it for you.

We offer Code of Ethics classes throughout the year. These classes also offer CE credit. View the class calendar for upcoming classes. You can also take a Code of Ethics class online on www.nar.realtor (no CE credit) or through The CE Shop, Desert Sage Seminars, or Hogan School of Real Estate. read more
