New to Real Estate?
If you just earned your real estate license, choose and sign up with a brokerage. Once your broker accepts you into their office at ADRE, you can join the REALTOR® associations.
When you join WeSERV, you're also joining the Arizona REALTORS® (AAR) and National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). You can call yourself a REALTOR®. You'll also be asked to abide by the NAR Code of Ethics and attend a Code of Ethics class every three years as set by NAR. When you join, we ask that you attend a Code of Ethics class within the first 90 days of membership. Learn more about the Code.Dues amounts may vary based on the time of year you join and discounted terms for NAR, AAR, and WeSERV. For the most current dues amounts, contact our service team. REALTOR® association membership is annual, from January 1-December 31. Dues are due every January 1. Dues are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
You can complete the online REALTOR® application. We'd love to meet with you and share the benefits of membership. Remember to come in and meet with membership services to learn about the many opportunities we have to offer and register you for your first Code of Ethics class. You can come in Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM to meet with one of our membership experience team members.
Please allow time to complete the application, for our team to setup your membership record, and answer your questions. If you plan to get a lockbox key, allow for an additional 15-20 minutes.
To speed up our data entry process, complete the online application before coming to WeSERV. If you'd like to set an appointment, call us at 623-931-9294 or 480-477-5882. If you already have one and know your NRDS/M1 ID and MLS ID, it's helpful if you include them on your application.
