Marcus Isenberg

My name is Marc Isenberg and I'm a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser over the past 21 years. I've held licenses in the states of Arizona, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maine completing complex valuations on residential homes exceeding 20,000 sf and $18,000,000 in value. Previous to the appraisal profession I owned a Car Stereo store and a large Video store on Cave Creek Rd in the late 1980's through the late 1990's.

As long time residents of the Phoenix/Scottsdale area our family of four moved to New Jersey in 2001 in support of my wife's
( Sherry ) job opportunity in New York City. The move certainly provided a contrasting lifestyle to Arizona and an opportunity to explore unique cultural, architectural, and seasonal differences including surviving two major hurricanes and several power outages extending five days or more due to weather related incidences. No power for five days ( several times ) with temperatures never exceeding 20 degrees was a trying experience, but we laugh about it now.

With our college graduate kids leaving the nest, aging parents and most of our family members living in Arizona, we returned in 2022 to help support the parents and be closer to family.

As a motorsports enthusiast I enjoy all forms of motorcycle and automobile racing. Growing up in Arizona permitted me the experience of desert riding, racing motocross, flat track and TT racing at Manzanita Speedway, motorcycle drag racing, and watching many motorsport events at Phoenix International Raceway.
