First Step Home Inspectors was founded in May 2007 and we’ve never looked back! Our company has grown over the years from a one man operation to a skilled six man team. We service all areas of the Phoenix Valley from Surprise to Gold Canyon and Anthem to Florence. Our services include an honest, thorough and very detailed home inspection with thermal imaging if needed. We arrange termite inspections, sewer scope inspections and environmental inspections based on our clients needs. We are available on short notice and our reports are always delivered on the same day as the inspection. We encourage our clients to show up for an onsite walkthrough at the property when we are finished.

One of the things that sets us apart is our ability to provide clients and Realtors with a straightforward home inspection full of detailed feedback, using state of the art, digital home inspection software with lots of photos. Our home inspectors are all State of Arizona Certified, insured and love what they do. We enjoy helping people make educated decisions with their home purchases and it shows in our results!
