Submit for a Sales Award
Submit Your Sales Please complete the sales awards entry application and include your ARMLS® Agent Listing & Sales Summary Report. Include any non-MLS sales in a separate list. If you don't receive an emailed confirmation after submitting your application, please check your spam/junk box. If you didn't receive it, please resubmit your application or contact Renee at
rrivas@weserv.realtor.
Submit your event registration OR application fee payment with your 2022 sales transactions entry form by 3:00 PM on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, to be considered as an award recipient of WeSERV. Retrieve your ARMLS® Agent Listing Activity Report
Go to
armls.flexmls.com and log in. Click on “Menu”. Click on “Inventory and Production Reports”. Click on “Inventory and Production Reports”. Scroll to and click on “Agent Listing and Sales Summary,” then, "Run Report." Input date range for time period between January 1 and December 31 of sales year that you were a member of WeSERV. Print and/or save your results to forward for your awards entry. Upload your report into your application where prompted.
Submit non-ARMLS Sales
If you want non-ARMLS sales to be included in your application, please upload a list of properties closed including address, sales price, date of closing, and if you closed one or two sides of the transaction. Please upload the form in your application where prompted.
Submission Confirmation
Once you have submitted your application, you will receive a confirmation email from WeSERV within 48 business hours. It will include the category you qualify for, confirmation of the grand total you listed on your application, and the verified sales total.
