Recognizing and Celebrating WeSERV Members

Distinguished REALTOR® of the Year

Below are some criteria that exemplify the REALTOR® of the Year candidate.

1. REALTOR® SPIRIT: High principles, faithfulness to laws and regulations of the Code of Ethics and the Association; furtherance of principles of good real estate practice among other brokers and the general public.
2. CIVIC ACTIVITY: Local, state and national level participation in civic and service clubs, charitable activities, political action, fraternal or religious groups, etc.
3. LOCAL ASSOCIATION ACTIVITY: Association officers and committee work; individual assignments; seminar activity and education work; membership and officers in local chapters or institutes, societies, etc.
4. STATE ASSOCIATION ACTIVITY: same as 3) above, but at a state association level; include attendance at state conventions.
5. NAR ACTIVITY: same as 4.) above but at the national level.
6. BUSINESS ACCOMPLISHMENT: recognized proper business conduct, imaginative and creative advertising programs, rehabilitation work, land utilization, etc.
7. ARMLS® Activity
8. A current member of WeSERV in good standing.
