You're Someone's Type Blood Drive - West Valley

About this Event

We all have a resource within us that has the power to transform another life. Make a significant impact on someone's life by donating blood. A, B, AB, and O; positive or negative, you're someone's type and can make a difference.

Post-pandemic, our nation continues to experience a critical blood shortage as usage continues to outpace donations. As a result, 700 donors are needed every day to meet the blood transfusion requirements of our Arizona hospital patients. Our hospital patients need you! Please schedule your life-saving donation.

WeSERV partnered with Vitalant to roll out our You're Somebody's Type Blood Drive to help shrink the ever-growing need for blood. Schedule your time before they fill up, and head inside to our classrooms when you arrive for your appointment.

Become a Partner of the Event

Brokers and affiliates can support the Shred-A-Thon and Blood Drive through partnership. We'll include your name and company on the website event page for each event, your company logo on a poster near the truck, and a table for your company swag. Bring your company popup banner and marketing materials, and collect business cards or have a sign-in sheet. In exchange, we ask for your support of $100. If interested, please contact Lisa no later than Friday, March 31.  

A Message From Vitalant

Individuals who are not feeling well and healthy are excluded from donating. Early on in the process, each donor receives a mini-physical that includes taking the donor’s temperature and asking about any symptom they might be experiencing. If there is any concern about the donor’s health, we defer them immediately.
