Imagine how many more listing appointments you would close if you just knew - how much is this house worth?
Whether you have been a real estate agent for 2 or 40 years, this is the hardest skill to master. In this class, you will learn the correct way to search for comparables, what adjustments to make, and how to make them. You'll learn the real secrets to finding the best comparables that will give you every advantage in getting the listing, closing the deal for the fairest market value, and alleviating appraisal issues. We'll discuss how to dispute an appraisal, as well as how to work with an appraiser in these crazy multiple-offer times.
Presentation Notice
This class will be conducted via Zoom video conferencing. Zoom information to join the class will be shared in a reminder email the day before and the day of class.
IMPORTANT TECHNICAL AND FORMAT DETAILS
Per ADRE remote class guidelines for CE credit, you must be in camera view at all times. To verify your attendance and identity, you must use video and display your first and last name through Zoom for the course duration. Please treat the remote class as you would a live in-person class. Students may not use a mobile device to complete the course. You must be stationary and sitting at a desk/table as you would be in a live class. The instructor/monitor must be able to maintain visual and audio contact with you at all times. Class access will be locked 10 minutes after the start time. If you are unable to join, you have arrived too late.
Certificates
We’ll email your CE certificate to you within two business days after class completion.
