About this Event
In this course, you'll learn the appropriate contract clauses and lending options for different types of properties, current regulations, as well as special financing options and what you need to be aware of when filling out the contract. We will discuss what you need to know to differentiate between condo and a townhome, and why it matters. Also, we will go over the current loan limits, the impact of credit scores, and the latest underwriting guidelines.Presentation Information
This class will be conducted via Zoom video conferencing. Zoom information to join the class will be shared in a reminder email the day before and the day of class.
Per ADRE guidelines, for CE credit, you cannot join the class more than 10 minutes late. To verify your attendance and identity, you must use video and display your first and last name for the duration of the course. We’ll email your CE certificate to you within two business days after class completion.
