This course will focus on:

Defining your role and value as a REALTOR®
Analyzing what the consumer wants from a REALTOR® and connecting those wants/needs to your value and service level
Discovering how to build an effective relationship from the first meeting
Utilizing effective communication to resolve challenges
Identify opportunities to enhance your service level

This class will be conducted via Zoom video conferencing. Zoom information to join the class will be shared in a reminder email the day before and the day of class.
