Arizona is an Open Range State. We have laws on the books, 9 total, giving livestock the right of way in particular areas. When people and livestock reside on the same land, and that land is Open Range Land, livestock have rights superior to people and people have responsibilities to the livestock and the livestock owner. Arizona Revised Statues requires sellers to disclose military airport locations with their noise/safety zone contours. It does not require agents to carry military airport maps in their cars.
